He is survived by: his father Emory Edward Parsley; his stepmother Evelyn Parsley; his children, Nicole Blevins (Jamie), Brandy Charles (LeVar) of Beltsville, MD, Eddie Wayne Parsley II of London, KY, Terry Parsley of London, KY and Dilan Parsley of London, KY; his siblings, Betty McKnight (Mike) of London, KY, Debbie George (Rick) of London, KY and Jerry Parsley of London, KY; his grandchildren, Austin Rader, Autumn Harrison, William Fox and Bailey Winn; his great grandchildren, Creedance Martin and Layah Harrison; and the mothers of children, Beulah Benge, Melissa Houston and Terri Dodd.
