She is survived by: her children, Annette Griffin (David) of Okeana, Mitchell Carpenter of Jamestown, Michael Carpenter (Sharon) of East Bernstadt, Kentucky and John Carpenter (Kimberly) of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; and her siblings, Ottis Fultz of Lily, Lois Eversole of East Bernstadt, Mendel Fultz of East Bernstadt, Janet Bailey of East Bernstadt, Terry Fultz of East Bernstadt and Ed Fultz of London, Kentucky. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
