He is survived by: his wife Ann Rogers Johnson; his children, Shawna Johnson of London, KY, Shawn Phillips (Kortnee) of London, KY and Travis Dixon (Katrina) of London, KY; his siblings, Regina Himes (Keith) of Columbus, OH, Danny "Boone" Johnson of Lily, KY and Bobby Johnson (Pam) of East Bernstadt, KY; and his grandchildren, Gunner Dixon, Dylan Dixon, Kashton Phillips, Laylee Phillips and Luke Collins.
