He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Edwards and Mildred Coda Edwards; his son Shawn Edwards; his siblings, Sheila Havens, Glenn Edwards and Beverly Cox; and his grandson Joshua Moreland.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Hawk Edwards; his children, Misty Holley (Jack) of Wabash, Amber Ramsey (Ron) of Terre Haute, Nick Eccles (Danielle) of Reynolds and Troy Edwards of Marion, Indiana; and his siblings, Debbie White (Mark) of Huntington and John Edwards (Libby) of Peru, Indiana. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty one great-grandchildren.
