He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Fields (Burkhart) of London; his children, Lee Fields of Columbus, Sheila Kott of Mendon, Cecilia Fields of Brownstown, Brian Fields of Virginia and Tara Bottenger of Myrtle Beach; and his siblings, Kenneth Fields of Columbus, Christine Fields of Michigan, Frances Fields of Edinburg and Katherine Stidham of Florida.
