He is survived by: his wife Mary Woods Smith; his children, Jeremy Doyle Smith of London, Travis Zachary Smith of London, Brandy Simpson of London and Samantha Estep of East Bernstadt; and his siblings, Imogene Hollen of London, Vivian Collett of London, Wilma Harmon of London and Wilson Smith of London.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
