He is survived by: his wife Diane Madden; his children, Drew Madden (Jennifer), Hunter Madden and Matty Madden; his siblings, Connie Truslow (Joseph), Gail Cheatham (Richard), Linda DeCamp (Amy) and Lori Madden Samples; and his pets, Scout, Jem and Boo Radley.
