He is survived by: his wife Judy Hensley Caudill; his daughters, Debbie Reed (Ivan) and Janet Cywilko (Steve); his grandchildren, Rich Reed, Nick Reed and Katy Cywilko; his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Gage, Taryn, Aislynn, Brooklyn and Scarlett Reed; and his siblings, George, Dennis, Kenneth, Gary Caudill and Phyllis Boone.
