She is survived by: her sons, John Gilbert Smith (Regina) of London, Kentucky and Michael Ray Smith (Debbie) of London, Kentucky; her sister Connie Wagers of Manchester, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Tiffany Saunders of London, Steven Todd Smith of London and Dr. Michelle Smith of Columbus, Ohio; her stepgrandson Joseph Thomas of London, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Houston Saunders, Jaxson Saunders, Dante Smith and Serenity Smith; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Joselyn Thomas of Richmond, Kentucky.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
