She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Pennington and Lorene Smith Pennington; her daughter Rhonda Sue Burkhart; and her sister-in-law Judy Pennington. She is survived by: her husband Billy W. Burkhart of London; her sons, Jason McQueen of London and Randy McQueen (Jessica) of London; her siblings, Jerry Smith (Sandy) of London, Kenneth Pennington of London and Doris May of London; and her grandson Joseph Dewayne McQueen.
