He is survived by: his wife Martha Proffitt Bentley; his children, Donna Sandlin of London and Daniel (Shawna Bentley) of London; his brothers, Robert of London and Kenneth Bentley of London; his grandsons, William Owens (Leah), Tanner and James Bentley; and his great grandchildren, Tate, Sawyer Owens and Levi Bentley.
