He is survived by: his wife Anita Vickers Garland; his children, Brandon of McKee, KY, Kaira Vickers of McKee, KY and Donald Logan Garland of McKee, KY; his siblings, Jim Garland (Lily) of East Bernstadt, KY, Janet Garland of East Bernstadt and Elizabeth Osborne of London, KY; and his grandchildren, Ciara, Kylee, Raylynn, Bentley Nichols, Mila and Liam Vickers.
