He is survived by: his children, Jamie Lee Howard of London and Kelly Jo Baker of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; his sister Patricia "Sissy" Howard of London; his girlfriend Karen Kirby; his daughter-in-law Jessica Renee Gibson; his grandchildren-in-law, Shaylee and Brooklynn Howard; his grandchildren, Jaden, Nyko, Addison Baker and Heidi Feltner; his nieces and nephews, Lacy Feltner, Tiffany Thompson and Douglas Hacker; and also, Randi Howard, Rainelee, Elin and Jamison Howard.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
