He is survived by: his children, Bill Nicholson (Sally) of Savannah, Georgia Nicholson and George Nicholson of Mt. Pleasant; his siblings, Velna Gilbert of London, Kentucky, Joyce Humfleet of London, Kentucky, Stanley Nicholson of London, Kentucky and Michael Nicholson of London, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Brandon Nicholson of Mt. Pleasant, Andrew Nicholson of Raleigh, Jonathan Nicholson of Raleigh, Torrie Smith of Bowling Green and Eric Smith of Bowling Green.
