He was predeceased by: his wife Leah Ann Stivers; his parents, Robert Paul and Lena Mae Stivers; and his siblings, Robert Stivers and Barbara Sue Rea.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Akers (Tom), Paula Yelinek (Joe) and Mike Stivers (Gail); his grandson Joshua Stivers; his sister June Smith of New Castle; his sisters-in-law, Sue Nelson of Campbellsburg, KY and Marilyn Stivers of Columbia, KY.; and his grandchildren, Jamison Sexton and Demetria DeLancey.
