He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Spurlock and Maureen Spurlock (Watson); and his grandson Chad Aaron Spurlock. He is survived by: his sons, James Robert Spurlock (Laura), Timothy Spurlock and Tony Clinton Spurlock (Charity); and his siblings, Betty Jean Spurlock of London, Kentucky., Dian Lynch (Bill) of London, Kentucky. and Clyde Franklin Spurlock of London, Kentucky.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren.
