It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Densil Clayton Cowden (London, Kentucky), born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on August 24, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cowden and Lola Scott Cowden; his wife Zula Mae Morgan Cowden; and his siblings, Earl Cowden, Homer Cowden, Ray Cowden, Robert Cowden, Jr., Patsy Ruth Hensley and Doris Childers.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Lynn Cowden (Linda) of London and Diane Renee Lewis (Timothy) of Corbin; his grandsons, Shawn Dale Cowden of London and Brandon Lynn Cowden of London; and his sisters, Alma Jones of East Bernstadt and Margie Kelly (Herman) of Hamilton.
