He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taylor and Stella Amburgy Taylor; his wife Marjorie McCarty Taylor; his son Anthony Taylor; his siblings-in-law, Elder Carl and Elizabeth Sparks McCarty; and his siblings, Albert Taylor, Tillman Taylor, Meryle Taylor and Judy Tuggle.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Rush (Jerry) of Shepherdsville; his sister Peggy Henson of London; his grandchildren, Stephanie Freeman (Travis) of Corbin, Anthony Kyle Taylor (Olivia) of East Bernstadt, Bryce Taylor Rush of Shepherdsville and Emily Campbell (Johnathan) of Louisville; and his great grandchildren, Lillian Pearl Freeman and Lincoln Myles Campbell. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and good friends.
