He was predeceased by: his parents, Pleasie Couch and Gracie Couch (Collins); and his sons, Mark Couch and Delbert Wayne Couch. He is survived by: his sons, Doug Couch (Brenda) of Fairborn, Ohio, Kenneth Couch (Shaedra) of Fairborn, Ohio and Marcus Boggs of London, Kentucky; his siblings, Norman Couch (Jean) of Bear Branch, Imo Jean Eversole of Bear Branch, Nancy Osborne (Hurl) of Bear Branch and Audrey Cornett (Willie) of Hazard; his grandchildren, Brittany Couch, Tyler Couch, Ashley Couch, Leah Boggs, Monte Couch, Kristin Couch, Brandon Boggs and Joshua Boggs; and his great grandchildren, Aurora Miller, Juliet Miller, Elijah Miller and Delbert.

“From delbert’s two sons ken and doug couch.... We love everyone. We are deeply sorry for everyone’s loss. Delbert was a son, father, brother, grandfather (pap), uncle, cousin and good friend. The titles listed reflect such a small portion of who he was as a person. And it is clear and without question that he shared god’s love with his family. Although he will be missed, his love for god and his family is visible throughout his family and friends. Praise god... We will see him again someday!”
