She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Frye Hensley; her parents, Alvin Burdine and Mildred McDaniel Burdine; and her brother Elmer Ray Burdine. She is survived by: her son Billy Ray Hensley of London, KY; and her siblings, Johnny Burdine (Cora) of Lexington, KY, Teresa Frost (Rick) of Covington, KY, Rick Burdine of LaGrange, KY, Rodney Burdine (Michelle) of Crittenden, KY, Scottie Dale Burdine (Abbie) of Lebanon, OH and Danny Burdine of London, KY.
