He is survived by: his mother Ohler Depew Chadwell; his children, David Chadwell (Felisha) of Science Hill, Heidi Perry (Jon) of Science Hill and Sheila Chadwell; his siblings, Leland Chadwell, Bobby Chadwell, Timmy Chadwell, Margaret Zielinski, Patricia Sullivan, Tina Otetro, Barb Gilland, Cheryl Zielinski and Brenda Zielinski; and his grandchildren, Armor Chadwell, Bailey Perry and Ark Chadwell.
