He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hubbard Hammack; his son Scott Hammack (Tabatha) of London, Kentucky; his siblings, James Hammack of London, Edna Lawrence of London, Robert Hammack of London, Harley Hammack of London, Marvin Hammack of London, Carolyn Williams of London, Ernie Hammack of London, Marlene Oakley of London and Ronnie Hicks of London; and his grandchildren, Destiny, Julianna, Ethan, Emily and Hailey Hammack.
