He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Smith (Burch); his parents, Leonard Smith and Lillie Smith (Cornelius); and his sister Elene Banks. He is survived by: his sons, Perry Smith (Sandra) of London and Gregory Smith (Peggy) of Seattle, Washington; his siblings, Pauline Baker of London, Sharon Hibbard of London, Charles Smith of Hamilton and Jackie Gabbard of Annville; and his grandchildren, Travis Smith, Brian Smith, Jonathan Smith, Katie Dampier and Lauren Smith.
