He is survived by: his children, Devon Sams of London, KY and Matthew Sams of London, KY; and his sister Shirley Brewer of Tyner, KY.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home (510 E 4th St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
