He is survived by: his wife Laura Stearns Sallee; his sons, Josh Sallee (Tessa) of Berea and Eli Sallee (Beth) of Gray Hawk, Kentucky; and his siblings, Ann Sallee of Georgetown, Benita Garfias of Lexington, Charles Sallee of Mesa and Larry Salle of Richmond, Kentucky.
