He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Durham; his sons, Jeffrey Durham (Jennifer) of London, KY and Travis Durham (Tracy) of London, KY; his grandchildren, Joseph Durham (Tiarra), Jake Durham, Brandon Durham (Elizabeth), Kyle Durham and Ethan Durham; his great grandchildren, Raelyn Grace Durham and Elias Rodriquez; and his siblings, Terrill Durham (Jerri) of East Bernstadt, KY, Doloris Burns (Larry) of East Bernstadt, KY and Tilmond Durham (Cindy) of London, KY.
