Feltner of New Port Richey, FL, Christine Bidwell of Elfers, FL and Brandon Feltner of Miamisburg, OH; his stepchildren, Angel Frazier of Hamilton, OH, Jimmy Frazier of Hamilton, OH, Jamie Frazier of Hamilton, OH and Nichole Frazier of Hamilton, OH; and his sister Jean Messer of London, KY. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other friends.
