Smith (Kim) of London, Kentucky; her siblings, Murrell Miller of London, Kentucky. and John Miller of London, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Whitney Goodin (David) of London, Kentucky and Kyle Smith of London, Kentucky; and her great grandchild Cora Grace Goodin.
