He is survived by: his spouse Natalyn Brown Hammons; his daughters, Carolyn Sue Nicholson of Raleigh, Ginger Fields (Mike) of London, Mary Linda Petrey of London and Sondra Kay Hammons of London; his brother Ray Hammons of London; his grandchildren, Brandon, Jonny Nicholson, Michael Blake Fields, Josh Thomas, Keesha Radford and DeSurne; and his great grandchildren, Avah Bleau Martin, Levi Thomas and Greyson Radford.
