She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clifford Sams and Donola "Dolie" Leisure Sams; and her brother Donald Wayne Sams. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Sams (Melanie) and Amanda Gambrel (Jonah); her sister Rhonda Sizemore (Tim); and her grandchildren, Jack Gambrel, Leo Sams and Brice Sams. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
