He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Wagers and Jane Wagers; his son Charlie Ray Wagers; and his siblings, Sally Wagers, Betty Keen, Della Ball, Dan Wagers, Junior Wagers and Aurthur Wagers.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Wagers; his children, Charlotte Wagers of Manchester, KY, Brenda Sue Wagers (Dennis Cox) of London, KY and Conley Wagers of London, KY.; his grandchildren, Jonathan Bowling, Tequilla Asher, Cody Asher, Hannah Wagers and Brittany Wagers; and his great grandchildren, Raylenne Bowling and Keziah King. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
