He is survived by: his wife Janet Spencer; his children, Billy Ray Spencer (Lenae) of London, KY, Ashley Nicole Spencer (Cody Bledsoe) and Tyler Owens Grimes of London, KY; his siblings, Gary Lane Spencer of London, KY, Rose Ann Cupp (Charles) of London, KY and Herbert Wayne Spencer (Beverly) of Corbin; and his grandchildren, Dominick Ray Spencer and Haley Lashay Spencer.
