He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Jarvis and Nannie Jarvis (Gibson); and his sister Brenda Kaye Surek. He is survived by: his wife Eva Jarvis (Root) of London; his sons, Greg Jarvis (Angie) of London, Kentucky and Jeff Jarvis (Jill) of London, Kentucky; his sister Opal Faye Parkerson of Louisville, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Kinley Jarvis, Katie Jarvis and Colton Jarvis.
