He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sherry Canupp Hibbard of London, Kentucky.; his children, Rob Hibbard (Terina) of London, Charles Clinton Hibbard (Paige) of London, Alicia Hibbard Vaughn of London, John Wayne Gadd (Karen) of Hamilton, Ohio and Patty Harness (Danny) of West Chester, Ohio; his siblings, Dan Hibbard (late Virgie), Clinton Hibbard (Ann), Mildred Hibbard (late Raymond), Cora Brock (Buster), Mary (Henson), Jean Collins (Kay), Floyd Hibbard (Teresa), Sophie Collins (Joe), Lois Hubbard (Amos), Della Carol (Casey) and Mattie Parson (Steve); his grandchildren, Stephen Harness, Nathen Harness, Brittany Gadd, Lindsey Parker, Elijah Gadd, Isaiah Vaughn, Emmalyn Hibbard and Drew Hibbard; and his great grandchildren, Malachi, Eli, Maelee, Gabriel, Avalynn, Nova, Nevaeh, Raeylynn and Cami.
