He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Albert and Dorothy Marie Reams Collier; and his sister Eva Jenetta Collier Todd. He is survived by: his wife Inice G. Oakley Collier; his children, Cynthia Robyn Holacik (Robert) of London and Christopher Buttrey of London; his siblings, Rachel Collier Gabbard of Ohio, Rodney Albert Collier (Bessie Hundley Collier) of Jackson County and William Samuel Collier (Patricia Ann) of London; his grandchildren, Catherine Horton (Ronald), Shannon Holacik, Haley Taylor, Caden Buttrey and Faye Nash; and his great grandchild Thomas Horton.
