He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Foutch (Brewer); his granddaughter Shannon N. Smith; his mothers, Pearl Foutch and Eulalia Foutch (Keith); and his siblings, Barbara Ann Foutch, Carlene Rose Fouth Hill and Raymond Foutch.

He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Smith of London, Kentucky, Charlene Hodges of London, Kentucky, Roger Foutch of London, Kentucky and Kim Foutch of London, Kentucky; and his siblings, Coreen Foutch Brewer of Annville, Beatrice Foutch Halcomb of Annville, Lois Jean Foutch Halcomb of Annville, Wade Foutch of Annville and Fern Foutch Jewell of Tyner.

In Lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions be made to London Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
