He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Crawford and Millie Messer Crawford; his former wife Loretta Couch Crawford; his daughter Ethel Renee Crawford; and his siblings, Rilda Crawford Price, Gracie Smith, Harle Crawford, Effie Lawrence, Denver Crawford, Bee Vanover and Gilbert Crawford.
He is survived by: his son Gary Wayne Crawford of North Carolina; his stepdaughters, Angela Howell of London and Sabrina Flynn of Bowling Green, Kentucky; and his brother Joseph Crawford of Hamilton, Ohio. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; six great-grandchild.
