She is survived by: her children, Walter Mike Johnson (Sherri) of East Bernstadt, Kentucky and Kim Mink (Danny) of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kyle Mink (Katie), Brad Mink (Carly) and Ema Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Todd and Harper Mink.
