With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carrie Sparks Tincher of London, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her former husband Andrew Tincher; her husband David Tincher Sr.; her parents, Arthur Sparks and Lilah Hamilton Sparks; her children, Darlene Jent, Judith Marie Tincher Lewis, David Tincher Jr. and Carlos James Tincher; her siblings, Ballard Sparks, Adrian Sparks, Irene Stewart, Martha Hammock, Lynn Poole, Jean Barker and Bonnie Brooks; her grandchildren, Shannon Renee Tincher, Michael Stacy, Nathaniel Gregory and Justin Lewis; her great grandchild Ezekiel Russell; and also Lewis Sparks.
She is survived by: her children, Delores Lewis of London, KY, Eddie Tincher (Michelle) of London, KY, Danny Tincher of London, KY, Marlene Hoskins (Kaney) of London, KY and Lisa Russell of London, KY. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; plus a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home (510 E 4th St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
