With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carrie Brown of London, Kentucky, who passed away on August 2, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Tipton Brown of Ready; her siblings, Saul Hoskins of Florence, Jessie Hoskins of Florence and Ed Hoskins of Arjay, Kentucky.; and her parents, Richard James and Nannie Shorter Hoskins.
She is survived by: her children, Bennis Quint Colby Brown of Knoxville, Franklin Tipton Brown of Corbin, Roberta Lynn Nantz of Corbin, Richard Napoleon Brown of London, Tonya Sue Woodward and Virginia; and her sisters, Lola Hoskins of Florence and Myrtle Hoskins of Florence.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to the Corbin Gospel Temple, 896 Scuffletown Road, Corbin, Kentucky 40701.
