She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cotton and Alma Tipton Hubbard; and her brother Jack Cotton. She is survived by: her children, Karen Wagers (Scott) of London, KY and Melondy Jones (Wayne) of Manchester, KY; her grandchildren, Skyler Jones and Dominik Wagers; and her siblings, Elizabeth Wagers of London, KY, George Cotton of Tazewell, TN, Michael Cotton (Lisa) of Manchester, KY and Billy Cotton (Angie) of London, KY.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home (510 E 4th St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
