He is survived by: his wife Vivian Smith Collett; his children, Nikki Goodman (T. J.) of Citronelle, Johnathan Hinkle of Walton, Chasity Messer of London, Kentucky. and Casey Hinkle of London, Kentucky.; and his siblings, John Collett (Melinda) of Corbin and Donna Whitaker of Lexington. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous relatives and friends.
