She is survived by: her children, Martha Tumpak Lewis of London, Kentucky, Harriet Hubbard (Larry) of London, Kentucky and John Joseph Tumpak (Robin) of London, Kentucky; her sister Mary Lou Lilly of Lexington, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Dewey Ray Lewis of London, Kentucky, Christopher Hubbard (Stephanie) of London, Kentucky and Johnna Tumpak of London, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, James Patrick Lewis of London, Kentucky, Weston Smith of London, Kentucky and Kassidy Hubbard of London, Kentucky.
