He was predeceased by: his mother Michelle Miller (Lori Bernhold Miller) of London; and his grandmother Regina White. He is survived by: his father Allen Miller; his significant other Deanna Johnson of East Bernstadt; his children, Aubrey McCowan of East Bernstadt and Brayden Dyche of London; his siblings, Joslyn Bernhold of Lexington, Logan North of Asheville, Stephanie Goss of London, Jerrica Asher of Barbourville, Vanessa Chesnut of Maryville, Sarah Hoskins of London and Chris Miller of London; his grandfather L. J. White of London; his aunts, Tonya House of London and Denise Abner of London; and his uncle Chris Bernhold of Somerset, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers the family of Blake Allen Miller has request that memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
