He is survived by: his wife Lenae Johnson Spencer; his mother Janet Marie Smith Spencer; his children, Dominick Spencer (Logan Runyuns) and Haley Spencer (Brandon Saylor); his siblings, Ashley Bledsoe (Cody) of East Bernstadt, KY and Tyler Grimes of London, KY; his grandchild Nova Spencer; his nephew Ryder Bledsoe; and his friends, Mike Asher, Freddy Brown, Shane Stephens and Michael Dykes.
