He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamp Goforth and Ina Mae Price Goforth; his son Michael Ray Goforth; and his siblings, Herman, Denver, Homer Goforth, Willie Goforth, Jr., Mary Ethel Johnson and Lorene Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Baker Goforth; his children, Stacy Dooley of East Bernstadt and Jeff Goforth of East Bernstadt; his brother Earl Dean Goforth of London; his grandchildren, Halie, Cody Dooley, Lynsi, Kaylee, Michael Ray and Josh Goforth; and his great grandchild Jordyn Dooley.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
