He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Hurley (Mike) of London, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Hooker (Adam) of London, Kentucky and Brittany Hopkins (Joseph) of London, Kentucky; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan Hooker, Lyla Hooker, Annalia Hopkins and Eliza Kayte Hopkins.
