He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Findley Sr. and Tinsey Fox Findley; and his grandson Jason Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Justin Simpson of East Bernstadt, Patricia Miller (Allen) of Corbin, Donielle Whitaker of Somerset and Mitchell Whitaker (Sam) of Kansas; his sister-in-law Frankie Hill of London, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Mason Simpson, Skyler Whitaker, Kaylee Lovitt, Luca Whitaker and Zoey Whitaker.
