She was predeceased by: her parents, Carson Mullins and Ora Lee Parrigan Mullins; her husband Floyd Clemmons; and her daughter Rebecca Ann Baker. She is survived by: her children, Sherrie Lee Keltner of Winchester, Dinah Michelle Ward (Wendell) of Tyner, KY, Terry Mills (Mary Ann) of Corbin, KY and Daniel Clemmons (Ashlee) of Tyner, KY; her siblings, Dinah Heard of Hobart, IN and John Carson Mullins, Jr. of Corbin, KY; her grandchildren, Jessica Hays (Josh), Andrew Mills (Meghan), Aaron Mills (Brittany), Charlie Baker, Caleb Baker (Lauren), Isabella, Bailee Clemmons and Chelsie Stewart; and her great grandchildren, Julian Stewart, Jayden Hays, Lendon Vickers, Macie Mills, Raegann Baker and Everett Baker.
