She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Smith; her father William Raymond Overbey; and her nephew Justin Helton. She is survived by: her mother Mary Blankenship Overbey; and her siblings, Brenda Helton of London, KY. and Michael Dale Overbey (Karen) of London, KY.. She is also survived by children, she was a mother figure to countless nieces and nephews as well as friends and cousins.
